Our Core Programs

provide in-depth support & training for families and individuals, focusing on fostering autonomy, understanding equity-seeking approaches, and improving daily life.

"Before starting the Critical Care and Recovery program, I was constantly overwhelmed—drowning in anxiety, burnout, and feeling like I was failing as a parent and human. This program gave me tools and clarity I didn’t know I needed. Kristy’s understanding of anxiety and burnout through a PDA lens is unlike anything I’ve experienced. I felt seen, heard, and gently guided to reconnect with myself. For the first time in years, I’m breathing easier and learning to rest without guilt."

— Anna, Parent of a PDAer

"As someone working with neurodivergent families, I hit a wall of burnout and anxiety that I couldn’t overcome on my own. Kristy’s program offered a safe, practical, and compassionate space to unravel the overwhelm. The insights I gained not only helped me care for myself but also shifted how I show up in my work. I left the six weeks with a renewed sense of purpose and tools I can return to whenever things start to feel too much."

— Michael, Educator and Advocate

"The Critical Care and Recovery program has been life-changing. Kristy brings such depth, lived experience, and warmth to every session. It’s not about fixing yourself—it’s about understanding your needs, honoring your limits, and finding ways to thrive that are truly aligned with who you are. For the first time, I don’t feel broken; I feel like I finally have permission to take care of myself in ways that make sense for me."

— Jess, Neurodivergent Adult

"inTune Families was the lifeline we didn’t know we needed. For years, we struggled to understand our child’s needs and felt isolated as parents. Kristy’s program brought us into a community that truly gets it. The guidance, strategies, and connection have helped us create more peaceful pathways with our child and, most importantly, with ourselves. We finally feel hopeful again."

— Sarah, Parent of an autistic child
